4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery charges and timelines depend on order volume, location, and availability.
• Delays caused by logistics partners are outside our control.
• Any delivery-related damage or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours.

5. Returns and Replacements

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries, reported within 3 days of receipt.
• Equipment once installed or used is not eligible for return unless explicitly agreed upon.
• Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7-10 working days.

6. Warranty
